Lot

Insanity is Contagious
Genesis 19:8 Lot offered his two virgin daughters to a sex-crazed mob.
Genesis 19:26 Lot’s wife looked back, died and turned into a pillar-of-salt.
God Killed Lot’s Wife for Looking Back
God turned Lot’s Wife into a Piller of Salt
God killed Lot’s wife because she disobeyed God.
God’s consistent theme: Obey Me or I will kill you.
Lot left his God-ordained, wife behind without another Biblical thought.
What a model of “Biblical-love” this God’s hero, had for his soul-mate wife.
So much for the value of: “Marriages are made in Heaven”.
(Simply, based on the over 50% divorce statistics, if “Marriages are made in Heaven”, the Biblical God is screwing up a high percentage of the time.)
The insane Pastor Fred Phelps explains Lot’s wife in:

Genesis 19:30-36 Lot got drunk, had sex with and made both of his daughters pregnant.
What an awesome Biblical model for father-daughter love!
Could this degenerate Biblical hero and model, Lot, have influence and even encouraged righteous, God-fearing fathers, throughout history, to have sex with their virgin daughters?
Weren’t these the only 3 “righteous” people that the “in charge” Biblical God spared from the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah? Didn’t God let Lot and his two daughters survive because God deemed them to be righteous? Should the “God-selected” father, who offered his two virgin-daughters to be raped by all the men in his city, and who later “knocked-up” both of his virgin daughters – be considered to be “righteous and good” in your sacred value system? What does this story really say about Lot – and about the Biblical God?
Where is any tempting Devil during this scenario? Even during the “original sin”, no Satan or Devil is ever mentioned – only a serpent. According to His track Own record, this God does it all. So, does any Satan exist? Could religion be but fabrications and myths engineered by the egos of power-hungry men? Like God, don’t egocentric and power-hungry men expect to be obeyed by believers and served by dutiful slaves?
Bill Moyers: Lot offers his daughters to strangers. God makes judgment on Sodom and Gomorrah but not on Lot. Throughout Genesis, God is the father, the patriarch of a dysfunctional family.
Do you like Lot? Do you like God’s criteria and choice? Do you like the fact that Lot impregnated both of his virgin daughters? Why or why not?
This is excellent Bible C&V evidence that:
“The God of the Bible is not a good God – and the Bible is not a good model for humanity.”
